Mistermusikmark- Mark Pent- Co-Founder/Co-Director of MusicClasses4Kids - Mistermusikmark attended the University of Minnesota and MacPhail School of Music in Minneapolis. Since the age of seven he has been a percussionist working in various musical genres, was involved early on with the emerging health/wellness and recreational drumming movements while continually maintaining active membership in the Percussive Arts Society. Mark has spent a considerable part of his career working on the development and marketing of safe, fun children's musical instruments with companies such as Woodstock Percussion and LP RhythMix. He has been a Director of Early Childhood Music Education Centers in Rockland County, NY and Northern, NJ since 2003, serving 1,000+ families and has conducted over 3,000 individual classes. Kupkake- Gail Pent- Co-Founder/Co-Director of MusicClasses4Kids - Gail has always enjoyed working with children and was a counselor at Deer Mountain Day Camp for six years. She went on to attend St. Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill New York earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and spent her early career working in the telecommunications industry. When she was introduced to Early Childhood Music Education in 2003 Gail rediscovered her musicality, welcomed the opportunity to work with children again and became involved in the study of rhythm instruments as well as their relationship to health/wellness/education through participation with the Percussive Arts Society. She has been chief administrator of our center since 2005, began teaching classes in 2006 then became Co-Director in 2008. She has conducted over 1,000 individual class sessions helping to reach as many families as possible with our program and shares the complete MusicClasses4Kids experience with our families.
